He is assigned as the principal protection officer for the ambitious Home Secretary Julia Montague, whose politics he despises.
Stranger Things
Stranger Things is an American science fiction television series and it is one of the most popular Netflix original series at the moment. The most recent season has just been added to Netflix
The story starts with the disappearance of a young boy in very mysterious circumstances. At the same time, supernatural events occur around his town, including the appearance of a girl with psychokinetic abilities who helps the missing boy’s friends in their search.
Since the main characters on the show are young actors, the English is informal and casual. You’ll also pick up some fun American slang!
Peaky Blinders
Peaky Blinders is a British crime drama series primarily set in Birmingham, England in the aftermath of World War I. The series follows the exploits of the Shelby crime family.
It’s perfect for those who have a good level of English and want to keep practising and improving their listening skills. I am sure you will find plenty of new vocabulary in this series and probably more than one expression that you didn’t know.

I am sure you have already watched Friends in your own language. If so, now it’s time to watch it in its original language. This famous series is perfect for those who want to start watching telly in English.
