My experience at Cavendish School of English

Hello, my name is Stefanie and I had an internship at Cavendish School of English. I was there for 3 weeks, and the work I did there was very important. I was in the Marketing department and helped there. The school was so friendly to me.

The experience I gained was unique. I had the chance to speak English every day, so I could improve my English skills. The three weeks helped me to strengthen my self-confidence.

The weeks went by very fast, because there was something to do every day. I went to the Jurassic Coast and visited Durdle Door with my class. It was fantastic, the location looked so beautiful. Really to be recommended.

Then we visited London for a weekend – it’s a wonderful city. We saw Buckingham Palace and we went on the London Eye. Over the Easter Weekend, there was time to go shopping. London is very good for shopping. I recommend that you go in the evening to eat in a restaurant that is in a tall building so you can see London at night.

My favourite place in Bournemouth was the Pier. You can walk along the beach and the weather was so nice. You can go swimming there, but it was too cold at the time I was there.  You can eat on the pier and it tastes really good. Bournemouth has a lot of good restaurants and leisure activates. For example, you can play bowling or miniature golf.

I took a zip line over the water which was a very nice experience. It was a lot of fun and in good weather you can see a lot of Bournemouth.

Every day we went to the Mary Shelley and ate together or talked about the day. It was really nice because we just sat together and spent time together.
